EU digital goods
If you are a consumer in the EU, you have a fourteen-day right of withdrawal for digital content unless you explicitly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge you lose the withdrawal right once access is granted.
Our policy
Within fourteen days of purchase: if you have not accessed the Google Sheet, contact support@linkatlas.space for a full refund via Stripe. If you have opened the sheet, we evaluate case by case — partial refund or denial with explanation.
Wrong email
If you mistyped your email, we will resend the sheet to the correct address. This is not grounds for an automatic refund.
Did not receive email
Check spam and promotions folders. Contact support with your Stripe receipt email — we resend within forty-eight hours.
Chargebacks
We respond to chargebacks with delivery proof (email log and timestamp). Please contact support first — we resolve most issues faster than a dispute.
